Hockey Session
On Wednesday the 9th of August we had a hockey session with Joseph from sports Waikato. I thought that it was really fun. The class and I did dribbling, juggling the hockey ball on my stick, dribbling side to side and left side dribbling. And at the end of the session we played a game were there on person with no ball and the rest had a ball, the person who doesn't have a ball steal a ball and after the end of 30 seconds who ever didn't have a ball would do 10 burpies or 15 star jump I really enjoyed this game.

Science fair 2017
For my science fair this year in 2017, my topic was where does fruit stay fresh? I had fun testing this because of the changes of the fruit was interesting. The places where I put the fruit was in the pantry fridge and on the bench. With my hypothesis I found out that is was wrong I thought that the best pace would be in the fridge because of cold temperature but that was not the answer.
Once I had finished testing and the got the results the best place for the mandarin in was in the pantry and it can last for a week. which is quite incredible well that's what I thought. The best pace for the feijoa an the banana was on the bench. Also the worst place for all fruit is in the fridge which is where I that that would be the best place

This week the councilors and I, went to NYLD (national young leader day.) I thought this day was gonna be activities but there was lots of cool speakers
But there was one game, the hosts had two soccer balls that were filled up with air and then the hots split the crowd into two teams. Next we hit the the two soccer balls around and that was super fun. There were 50 schools and 600 students. I really enjoyed this day because the speakers were great, funny and enjoyable. My favourite speaker was Zane Scarborough. I liked this speaker because he had a great sense of humor. He had a interesting story but still quite cool.

Hockey Poem.
Hockey
Warm up:
To learn from the winter fire heating the apartment,
Stretching the blanket to get cozy.
Pass:
To learn from birds who gently glide
passed the swaying trees.
Dribble:
To learn from the worm sliding across the ground.
Finding his way home and meeting friends only the way.
Score:
To learn from victory of the pizza delivery
Guy arriving on time at the door.

Mount Pirongia
Mount Pirongia
I could see the mountain reaching
Over top of Pirongia village smiling
The laughing chatting having as much fun as possible
We all enjoy having too hot summer sun scorching on our backs
Wars start as we load up our guns
ready to saturate our cousins friends and siblings
A barbecue smell rises as we cook
Sausages and bread for dinner
Delicious
